At C3CRM (operated by Mylearning Plus Private Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you in connection with your use of the C3CRM platform, including data collected through our website (https://c3crm.in), the C3CRM mobile and web application, and any associated integrations (such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Login, or other third-party services).
Upon receipt and verification of a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the following types of personal data associated with your C3CRM account:

If you have an active C3CRM account, log in at https://user.c3crm.in, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Account, and confirm the deletion. Your account and associated personal data will be queued for removal.

If you authenticated with C3CRM using Facebook/Meta Login and wish to remove the data associated with that connection, you may:
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify your identity before processing the request. We may contact you on your registered email address or mobile number to confirm the request. If we cannot verify that the request is genuinely from the account owner, we may decline to process it.
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days of receipt and will complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate operational reasons (such as resolving a pending dispute or completing an active billing cycle). You will be notified by email once the deletion is complete.
Even after deletion, we may retain certain limited information where we are legally permitted or required to do so. This includes:
Where applicable, content you shared with third parties (for example, messages already delivered through WhatsApp to your customers) cannot be retracted by C3CRM and is governed by the receiving platform's own data policies.
Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to your C3CRM account and any associated services, campaigns, templates, or contacts. This action is irreversible. If you wish to use C3CRM again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
