Data Deletion Instructions

At C3CRM (operated by Mylearning Plus Private Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you in connection with your use of the C3CRM platform, including data collected through our website (https://c3crm.in), the C3CRM mobile and web application, and any associated integrations (such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Login, or other third-party services).

1. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

Upon receipt and verification of a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the following types of personal data associated with your C3CRM account:

  • Account profile details (name, email address, mobile number, company name)
  • Contact and lead records that you have uploaded or generated
  • Chat history, message templates, and campaign data created by you
  • Authentication tokens and identifiers received from integrated platforms (e.g., Facebook/Meta, WhatsApp Business)
  • Usage logs and analytics data that can be tied to your account

2. HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

You can request deletion of your personal data using any of the following methods:

Option A — Self-Service (In-App)

If you have an active C3CRM account, log in at https://user.c3crm.in, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Account, and confirm the deletion. Your account and associated personal data will be queued for removal.

Option B — Email Request

Send an email to info@c3crm.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following so we can locate and verify your account:

  • Full name registered with C3CRM
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • A short statement confirming that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
Option C — Facebook / Meta Login Users

If you authenticated with C3CRM using Facebook/Meta Login and wish to remove the data associated with that connection, you may:

  • Remove the C3CRM app from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, selecting C3CRM, and clicking Remove; and
  • Email info@c3crm.in with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" including the name and email used on Facebook, so we can locate and delete the associated records on our side.

3. VERIFICATION

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify your identity before processing the request. We may contact you on your registered email address or mobile number to confirm the request. If we cannot verify that the request is genuinely from the account owner, we may decline to process it.

4. PROCESSING TIME

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days of receipt and will complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate operational reasons (such as resolving a pending dispute or completing an active billing cycle). You will be notified by email once the deletion is complete.

5. DATA WE MAY RETAIN

Even after deletion, we may retain certain limited information where we are legally permitted or required to do so. This includes:

  • Records required to comply with tax, accounting, or other statutory obligations
  • Information necessary to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
  • Backup copies that will be overwritten in the normal course of our backup retention cycle

Where applicable, content you shared with third parties (for example, messages already delivered through WhatsApp to your customers) cannot be retracted by C3CRM and is governed by the receiving platform's own data policies.

6. AFTER DELETION

Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to your C3CRM account and any associated services, campaigns, templates, or contacts. This action is irreversible. If you wish to use C3CRM again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
